The new territories exploration for housing construction and production facilities within the country increase in export of hydrocarbons require constant development improvement pipeline transport. There are often cases when need network crossing by various obstacles is recognized as only possible design solution economically reasonable, among most difficult which there water bodies. Natural waste water, oil petroleum products, gas transported underwater pipelines crossings. Aiming at optimizing crossings requires monitoring technologies, equipment, materials offered modern market. research methods were based on review current regulatory technical documentation, scientific periodicals, security documents. A special feature needed to predict channel processes entire estimated period their use. Underwater made trench trenchless methods. latter ones, currently popular, imply following main types: horizontal directional drilling, tunneling, microtunneling. technology choice determined topographical features body bottom, its hydrological characteristics, geology site, required length, diameter network, surrounding area a whole. results study may be interest specialists field
